Still having some detox symptoms. I'm so glad I finally dove in and did this again.

Master Cleanse Day 21
Day 21 on the Master Cleanse diet. I'm ready and getting anxious for my cleanse to be done but I still got a ways to go. The weight I've lost is 23 pounds so far.

Good for you! What exactly are you drinking as part of your detox diet?
I'm doing the master cleanse. Maple Syrup, lemon juice and cayenne but only doing a few lemonades a day and the rest of the time I'm water fasting. Day 25 now!! I feel great!!
