1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds (sprouted)
1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds (sprouted)
1/2 cup golden flax seeds
10 pitted dates
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 jalapenos, seeded
1 cup fresh basil
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon celtic salt
Take and sprout your seeds a few days ahead of time. Then grind your flaxseeds in a coffee grinder. Process everything except flaxseeds in food processor. Spread on parchment paper and dehydrate until dry.
You can add sun dried tomatoes to add a different flavor.
