Chef AJ's Healthy Kitchen Dr. Diehl Approved




Plant Base Diet Recipes

All recipes are CHIP  "Coronary Health Improvement Project" approved

Dr. Diehl wrote the forward in Chef AJ's book "Unprocessed."

CHIP is based on the foundation that 75% of our Western diseases are "lifestyle-related," according to the U.S. Surgeon General.

Chef AJ has followed a plant based diet for over 33 years.  She is a vegan chef, raw food chef and culinary instructor in Los Angeles.

Matthew Lederman, M.D.  co-authored the popular nutrition book "Keep it Simple, Keep it Whole." He is a board-certified internal Medicine physician who specializes in nutrition and lifestyle medicine at Exsalus Health and Wellness Center in Los Angeles, CA.

The recipes on her DVD's only have a few raw but if you have seen her book it contains a lot of raw recipes. Her specialty is teaching people how to prepare plant indulgent food without using processed or refined ingredients like sugar, salt and oil. Chef AJ only uses plant based whole foods, such as fruits, to sweeten.
