Is Genetically Modified Food Safe?





Wikipedia's definition for Genetically Modified Foods:
containing genetic material that has been artificially altered so as to produce a desired characteristic : genetically modified viruses to insert new genes into growing plants.

Do you avoid GMO products? Do you think they are safe?

Buy organic and watch for non-GMO labels.
