Flax-Apple Meal
This is a quick and easy vegan raw healthy breakfast. Just take one apple, core it and put in food processor peelings and all with one tablespoon raw almond butter and coarsely chop. Transfer to your bowl and top with ground flax seeds. The rest of my family was eating their oatmeal this morning and I had my "Flax-Apple Meal" and I didn't miss oatmeal at all.
This was amazing raw food.
