I like trying new crackers and have a variety to choose from and here is yet another cracker I just tried. Crackers with walnuts always have a rich taste. Now I need to make some RAW Zucchini Hummus!
Walnut Red Pepper Crackers
2 red bell peppers-remove seeds
1 1/4 cup walnuts soaked 1-2 hours in water
1/2 cup golden flax seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp celtic sea salt
Using a food processor pulse the red bell pepper into small chunks. Put into large mixing bowl. Now place drained walnuts in processor and grind into small pieces. Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder. Combine all ingredients and mix. Add water if too dry to hold together. Spread thinly on teflex paper or parchment paper. Dehydrate until dry at 105˚.
