Spicy Chili Lime Nuts
2 cups almonds
2 cups pecan
1/2 cup agave
1/4 cup date sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
1 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP sea salt
Soak nuts 6 hours or more. Drain and place them in a large bowl with remaining ingredients. Toss well. Pour onto parchment paper and dehydrate until crisp.
I was afraid I wouldn't like the chili flavor on nuts but was I surprised.
Very good and the lime pops in your mouth.
