Sweet Gratitute is amazing. Looking through the recipes they all are look like easy recipes to make with not a lot of ingredients that I might not have or long ingredient lists.
Here are a few of the pie recipes in chapter two. Coconut Cream Pie, Pecan Pie, Cherry Pie, and Key Lime Pie.
The cake chapter has Coffee Cake, Aloha Cake, Tiramisu, Mocha Cake, Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake, and Banana-Walnut Cake.
Chapter four is cheesecakes and I already had the opportunity to try the Mint-Chip Cheesecake. Right now writing this I would love another piece. It says they are "guilt free" and oh how I know I'm trying more of these recipes like the lemon Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Pecan Turtle Cheesecake and Coconut-Lime Cheesecake.
Chapter 5 is the dehydration chapter and some of the recipes are Pecan-Fudge Brownies, Lemon-Cashew Cookies, Pistachio Baklava, Cinnamon Buns with Macadamia Carmel and Cannoli.
Chapter 6 is Ice Cream and here you will fine ice cream, ice cream sandwiches and milkshake recipes such as Coconut Ice Cream, Butter Pecan Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches, Vanilla Milkshake, Mint-Chip Milkshakes and Almond Butter-Cacao Nib Milkshake.
Chapter 7 is all on cacao with recipes of candy and sauces. Chapter eight on irish moss has recipes for Coconut Meringue, Creme Carmael, Strawberry Parfait and Magnificent Chocolate Mousse.
Many easy to follow recipes and did I say they all look fab!
