These can be made so many different ways. So its your choice what flavors you want!
I started with a vegan raw recipe out of Vegan Fusion on page 32 you will find Carpe Diem Carrot Almond Pate Nori Rolls. I used the pate and made my favorite raw vegan nut cheese recipe.
Raw Nut Cheese
2 cups pinenuts, macs or cashews (I mix the nuts)
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup onion
salt to taste
Blend in a Blendtec high powered blender of course.
Veggies of your choice
avocado (thinly sliced)
cucumber (sliced in long thin chunks)
red bell pepper (sliced thin)
sprouts
beets (sliced in saladacco)
zucchini (sliced with madoline longways thin)
Wrap your wrap with both pate, nut cheese and add veggies. Very easy to make!!
