Berry Smoothie



Fruit smoothie recipes are my favorite!

1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup fresh organic cantalope
1/2 frozen banana 
1 T flax oil
1/2 T coconut nectar (opt)

Blend until blended. Can add ice too! Serve in your favorite glass.
