Red Pepper Hummus

 I keep a list of easy raw food recipes so that I have them to make quick. Makes raw eating easy!
Red Pepper Hummus

2 small zucchini chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of cayenne
7 tablespoon sesame seeds

In your food processor add all ingredients except sesame seeds. Process into well blended puree. 
In a coffee grinder process about 3 tablespoons at a time. Blend and stop the grinder and scrap the sides and blend again. You will have a thick paste to add to your blended puree in food processor. 

You can add tahini instead of the sesame seeds if you choose. I didn't have sesame seeds so I played with the sesame seeds.
