These easy raw food recipes are always great to make your time in the kitchen fast!
Use your Blendtec Blender!
2 bunches kale, stemmed and torn into pieces
1 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked & dehydrated
1/2 cup raw sesame tahini
1 cup water
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp coconut aminos or salt of your choice
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch cayenne pepper
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the kale. Blend well and season to taste. Keep in mind that you are aiming for a thick, batter-like mixture that will coat the kale. Thoroughly mix the dressing mixture in with the kale, using your hands to rub it in so that it is dispersed evenly over all the kale. Spread the coated kale on dehydrator trays (using ParaFlex sheets beneath). Dehydrate until dry and crispy. Store in an airtight container.
