Vanilla Chia Pudding

First, the benefits of chia seeds are amazing. Omega 3 to start! This raw food recipe for organic chia pudding is quick!

2 cups raw almond milk
1/4 cup organic chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
6-8 drops stevia or favorite sweetner

I mix my chia pudding in  quart jar and shake about every 30 seconds for a few minutes then about every minute. If you don't shake the chia pudding the chia seeds will sink to the bottom and stick together. Trust me it's happened to me.

Top with fresh fruit like banana, strawberry or blueberries.
