Raw Food Fettuccini Alfredo


But it's not alfredo
Easy raw food recipes are fun to try. This is one of them. Great to add to your raw food menu. Didn't last long enough to take a photo of this raw meal.

5-6 Zucchini
Using a spiral slicer you can make perfect zucchini pasta. You can peel first if you want not green showing. I use a small amount of Himalayan sea salt and toss and set aside for a few hours to soften.  
Not Alfredo Sauce
Place the following into blender:
1    clove garlic
5    vine ripened tomatoes
¼   cup water
¼   cup fresh oregano
¼   cup fresh basil
1    tablespoon fresh rosemary
2    teaspoons cayenne pepper
1    tablespoon scallions
3    tablespoons extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
1    teaspoon sea salt
Blend sauce well.
Pour sauce over zucchini pasta.

Too funny!! This is what I making for my dinner tonight. I have stopped eating basil for the time being so I will use parsley instead.
