Alkaline or Acidic

Many years ago a friend gave me a book called "The PH Miracle" it really opened my eyes to wanting to become more alkaline. It has been a process to becoming and eating a 80-100% raw diet. The thought of becoming raw just was not my idea of fun but because of my passion for health and wanting to feel better with my fibromyalgia, I have chosen a different way of eating and even still cook and love to cook vegan for my husband and the children. I'm very thankful that I have been able to make the needed changes to help me feel better and not be a burden.

A alkaline diet gives you the power to :
1. Experience so much more energy.
2. Cure digestive disorders, acid reflux, heartburn.
3. Balance your acid alkaline level.

In an alkaline environment your tissues get rid of impurities more efficiently.


Of course, everybody is different - but most of us should aim to eat 75-80% alkaline foods and a maximum of 20-25% acid forming foods.
