In the introduction Ani Phyo goes over all the anti-antioxidants, minerals, essential fatty acids, healthy fats, and protein. Also important ingredients such as fruits, nuts and seeds, almond meal, superfoods, cacao beans, nibs and powder, flaxseed and powder, chia seed and powder, goji berries, maca powder, mesquite powder, mulberries, coconut oil, coconut butter, hemp nut, hemp seed, ace, water, substitutions, sweeteners, vanilla, mint and spices, and nuts.
She also teaches about equipment and tools such as personal blender, high speed blender, and a grinder.
Ani Phyo has three different icons throughout the book. One icon for skincare and beauty, a leaf icon for green living and a start icon for other tips and information to help you live a healthier greener life.
There are also icons for tools need for each recipe with a glance of the recipe you will see if you need cookie cutters, blender, processor or a hand icon representing that all you need is your two hands.
